Throughout one's career, individuals experience a series of life events where they may either go with the flow or swim against the current, resulting in a mix of successes and failures. In this process, the most crucial factor determining success or failure is not one's expertise or wealth, but rather personal characteristics, attitude, and other personality-related factors.
The educational philosophy of Kang Chiao emphasizes organizing various types of group activities through schools and classrooms to provide children with a sense of belonging, fulfillment, and enjoyment in group settings. This approach aims to stimulate spontaneity in behavior, autonomy in thinking, and harmony in interpersonal relationships, ultimately cultivating individuals who are "distinctive and self-reliant."

Implementation Objectives
The implementation aims to cultivate students' good habits and attitudes, fostering a sound character. Additionally, it focuses on developing students' self-awareness and reflective abilities, promoting adherence to ethical standards, and establishing a positive school culture. Furthermore, it seeks to cultivate students' ability to make correct value judgments and develop a proper outlook on life. Ultimately, the goal is to foster students who possess rational thinking, respect the law and discipline, and strive for personal growth and harmonious group relationships.
Implementation Methods
1. Establish monthly core themes - Set eight themes to be promoted and implemented throughout the school year, with each theme assigned to a specific month.
2. Incorporate character education into the goals of teacher-class management and integrate it into daily life education.
3. Collaboratively establish class codes of conduct in alignment with the themes, actively practice them, and cultivate students' spirit of self-initiation, self-discipline, and autonomy.
4. Integrate character education themes randomly into curriculum instruction and activities, such as combining character education themes with book reports, essays, diaries, or personal reflections.
5. Promote relevant themes in accordance with festive activities, such as Mother's Day in May (caring), graduation season in June (gratitude), class sports competitions in November (cooperation), etc.

Organizes at least one charity event per academic year, encouraging parents to actively participate and cooperate, serving as role models to cultivate children's hearts of kindness, tolerance, gratitude, and contentment. Examples of such activities include collecting second-hand clothing, fundraising for the South Asian tsunami and the Sichuan earthquake relief efforts, as well as mobilizing actions and collaborating with social service organizations.
7. Implement a monthly character recognition system, selecting and commending outstanding students who demonstrate exemplary behavior each month and awarding them with badges of recognition.
8. Encourage children to use kind and considerate language, and incorporate this philosophy into teaching by providing interpretations, discussions, and extensions on the topic.
