徐徐微風輕撫過大家的臉頰，棉花糖般的雲高高掛在天上；那雲層如同冬天的被褥一般厚，卻擋不住環台勇士們熱情如火的心情。今天是我們環台的第三天，同學們在昨天經過105公里的洗禮後都逐漸成長。有人已經曬傷了，有人一大早就上了車，還有人被蚊子叮的很嚴重，但我看到更多的是迫不及待出發的心！

今天一路看了很多風景也發現和平時生活不一樣的面貌，也是從今天開始，我才真正認知到我為什麼要跟著學校一起環臺、知道為什麼之前訓練的時候老師一直提醒我們要喊口令、車距要拉開、雙手一起煞車、頭盔要戴緊。一開始實在不理解老師們為什麼要一直重複同樣的話，但在真正出發後，我才知道老師們的用心良苦以及真正的目的。
沿途的風景都讓我大開眼界，原來台灣也有我所不知的一面，也真正認識了環臺想要教會我們的事。雖然每次參與菁英活動都能在事感受到團隊合作、互幫互助、不懈努力的重要性，但這次我真正學到的是對同學的包容、互相體諒和互相加油。

池上騎到知本的經歷，是一段難忘的旅程，不僅是因為途中的無與倫比的自然風光，也因為這段路途對我心靈的課程。儘管天氣變化無常，從炎熱到寒冷，我還是發現了騎行中的美好。
一開始，天氣的不確定性讓我有些鬱悶。池上的早晨帶著一絲涼意，天空布滿了厚厚的雲層，似乎預示著一場雨的到來。我調整好裝備，深吸一口氣，鼓起勇氣踏上了前往知本的旅程。剛開始的路程中，陽光穿透雲層，照在田野上，金黃色的稻田在陽光下閃耀。進入旅程的中段，我遇到了一些挑戰。天氣開始變得炎熱，太陽高懸，沒有一絲風為我加油鼓勵，水順著額頭滑落，我只能不斷地為自己加油。幸運的是，這種狀況沒有持續太久，雲層很快又聚攏起來，送來了陣陣涼風，讓我感到一絲舒適。
儘管路途中的天氣多變，但這也讓旅程充滿了驚喜。路過原住民部落，感受到了不同於城市的寧靜和悠然，這段旅程更加豐富。在接近知本的時候，我仔細欣賞沿途的景色，雲霧繚繞山脈，清澈的溪流，都讓我忘卻了疲勞。當我終於到達知本時，太陽已經落山。我在心裡默默慶祝，感謝這一路上的美景和隊友。
明天是被稱作魔王路段的壽卡驛站，十二公里長坡的網路介紹，今晚的我心裡埋下了一顆興奮的種子，祝明天的自己與所有人一路順風！

Today is the third day of our cycling trip around Taiwan. Today we had a 70 kilometer ride from 池上 to 知本. First, we went to some of Taiwan’s most famous sights, the Takeshi Kaneshiro tree, and Mr. Brown Avenue. The view along the way was spectacular. There was majestic mountains and green fields all around us, it was like we were on another planet.
In the afternoon, we continued on our journey but soon faced an uphill challenge. Everyone performed very well and completed the uphill. Afterward we arrived at our hotel quite early. Even though today wasn’t as tough as yesterday, but I felt like everyone really got the chance to enjoy the scenery of Hualien and Taitung. The blue sky and green fields and mountains are a scene that we don’t get to see New Taipei. I feel like the cries kind of brought a sense of relief and escape from the stress of school life. I very proud of my classmates because everyone did very well in the past few days. We were able to develop great teamwork, work together as a team and secure everyone’s safety throughout the trip.
Tomorrow is going to be a very challenging day as we are going to the hardest part of whole trip. We are about to face a 12km uphill climb while finishing a 100km trip throughout the day. I’m kind of excited but also kind of nervous. I believe in our class and I think we are going to do great tomorrow.
